August 7 - 11 from 9:00am - 12pm at Woolsey Stadium, King's High School, Shoreline. Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) is a running camp for campers age 5 - 12 years old. Campers will practice proper running form, work on their foot speed and compete in fun running races and competitions.
