July 24 - 28 from 1:00pm - 4pm at Seaview Park, Edmonds. Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) is a running camp for campers age 5 - 12 years old. Campers will practice proper running form, work on their foot speed and compete in fun running races and competitions.
