H E A D C O A C H E S

A Head Coach is typically invited to be a Head Coach based on experience or excellent past RTW Assistant Coach experience. This position entails greater responsibility than an Assistant Coach. This role is responsible for planning & implementing organized camp structure each day as well as managing Assistant Coaches to create a positive experience for campers & families focused on RTW’s vision of sharing the gospel through sports and developing winners on and off the playing field. The Head Coach position pays $21 per hour.

A S S I S T A N T C O A C H E S

This seasonal position directly supports the Head Coach and ensures the quality of program activity delivery – skill building training, scrimmages, Bible Battles, snacks, daily opening and closing programs, sports drills and other camp needs! This positions works closely with the Head Coach & Director of Camps to implement camp programs & provide a quality experience to campers & families focused on RTW’s vision of sharing the gospel through sports and developing winners on and off the playing field. The Assistant Coach position pays $16.50 - $17.50 per hour.

JUNIOR COACHES
(Under the Age of 15)

This seasonal volunteer opportunity directly supports and encourages campers and ensures the quality of program delivery during Camp. This person works with the Director of Camp Operations, RTW Coaches, and other RTW Staff to support camp programs - skill building activities, games, Team Time lessons, etc. Provides a quality experience to campers & families focused on RTW’s vision of sharing the gospel through sports and developing winners on and off the playing field.
