Our coaches work hard and make the most of every day. Summer days can be long, but the impact of being a coach lasts a lifetime. RTW Coaches gain valuable skills and effective leadership tactics to carry them through life.

An energetic coach means excited campers! A RTW Coach brings the energy from start to finish every day at camp and invests in each camper to get to know them better and help them reach their goals!

EMPATHETIC

RTW serves broad and diverse communities with different needs and experiences. Coaches are understanding, intent to listen, and approach every camp ready to learn in an effort to make everyone feel welcome .

H E A D C O A C H E S

A Head Coach is typically invited to be a Head Coach based on experience or excellent past RTW Assistant Coach experience. This position entails greater responsibility than an Assistant Coach. This role is responsible for planning & implementing organized camp structure each day as well as managing Assistant Coaches to create a positive & quality experience for campers & families focused on RTW’s vision of sharing the gospel through sports and developing winners on and off the playing field. The Head Coach position pays $20 per hour.

A S S I S T A N T C O A C H E S

This seasonal position directly supports the Head Coach and ensures the quality of program activity delivery – skill building training, scrimmages, Bible Battles, snacks, daily opening and closing programs, sports drills and other camp needs! This positions works closely with the Head Coach & Director of Camps to implement camp programs & provide a quality experience to campers & families focused on RTW’s vision of sharing the gospel through sports and developing winners on and off the playing field. The Assistant Coach position pays $16.50 per hour.
