H E A D  C O A C H E S

A Head Coach is typically invited to be a Head Coach based on experience or excellent past RTW Assistant Coach experience. This position entails greater responsibility than an Assistant Coach. This role is responsible for planning & implementing organized camp structure each day as well as managing Assistant Coaches to create a positive & quality experience for campers & families focused on RTW’s vision of sharing the gospel through sports and developing winners on and off the playing field. The Head Coach position pays $20 per hour.

A S S I S T A N T  C O A C H E S

This seasonal position directly supports the Head Coach and ensures the quality of program activity delivery – skill building training, scrimmages,  Bible Battles, snacks, daily opening and closing programs, sports drills and other camp needs! This positions works closely with the Head Coach & Director of Camps to implement camp programs & provide a quality experience to campers & families focused on RTW’s vision of sharing the gospel through sports and developing winners on and off the playing field. The Assistant Coach position pays $16.50 per hour.
