About Us
Run To Win began with a simple prayer to the Lord in 1991, and a desire to make a difference in kids, athletes, and coaches lives through a commitment to Jesus Christ. It started with one camp at King’s High School, and has grown up to 90 camps!
From the beginning, founders Mike & Karen Rohrbach have seen that when you focus on making sports fun and encouraging, you can make a great impact on anyone involved. The core motivation has always been to share the love and hope of Jesus through the joy of sports — encouraging others in their stories.

Caitlyn became the Executive Director of Run To Win Outreach in 2023, having been involved with Run To Win since she was a child at camp. She leads with passion, ingenuity, and dedication, constantly driving new ideas forward. Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, coaching basketball, and connecting with friends over a good cup of coffee.
